Registration fee exclude VAT (reverse charge) only for VAT payer with valid VAT ID (from EU, except CZ). VIES (EU) VAT Number validation here.
The fee includes
- Conference file:
- printed copy of conference program,
- certificate of presentation,
- publication of an accepted paper in the online conference proceedings,
- Coffee breaks, lunches
- Conference tours.
Registration fee does not include accommodation and transportation.
Cancellation
A refund will be given for cancellations received before March 31, 2024.
Cancellation fee is 30 EUR.
The EURREC reserves the right to cancel the conference in case of natural disaster, strike, government regulation or any other unpredictable event making it impossible to hold the conference. If a conference has to be cancelled, the EURREC will refund full registration fee paid.
The EURREC will not be responsible for eventual cancellation costs related to travel arrangements.
